Flexibility for Supply Security

Ensuring a robust electricity system requires flexibility. Join us for a discussion on how well-functioning price signals, more active end-users and an efficient grid can play a crucial role in both electrification and the development of a resilient electricity system.

Wind power is highlighted as part of the solution, but how forward-looking is the wind industry when it comes to using the existing grid for flexibility? How can we develop a new flexibility strategy, building on the one introduced in 2020? How can we balance conditional contracts and market solutions?

The session will start with a conversation with Ulrika Hesslow, Director-General at the Swedish Energy Markets Inspectorate (Ei), and then move into a panel discussion with the other speakers.
