Registering Personal Data

By registering your personal data, or allowing someone else to register it for you, you consent to the Swedish Wind Energy Association (769609–1250):

Saving and processing your personal data to be able to plan, implement and follow up participation at VIND2023 on October 17-18, 2023, by, for example:

1. Sending out marketing, booking confirmations, and reminders about VIND2023.
2. Sending out evaluations in connection with VIND2023.

Personal data of the registered participants is shared with:

1. Ekonomilänken AB (556945–2112) to send out invoices and any reminders.
2. Evitbe AB (556557–7599) for reservation and ticketing management for VIND2023.
3. Eventum AB (559040–4645) to be able to produce VIND2023.

Personal data about the registered participants is saved for use in future contacts and information related to the Swedish Wind Energy Association’s (769609–1250) activities, such as marketing of upcoming events and sending out newsletters.

By registering your personal data, or letting someone else register it for you, you agree to be filmed or photographed during VIND2023, and to that this material can be used by the Swedish Wind Energy Association (769609–1250) for marketing or advertising purposes.

NOTE! If you do not agree to be filmed or photographed during VIND2023, or to the material potentially being used by the Swedish Wind Energy Association (769609–1250) for marketing or advertising purposes, you need to notify this upon your arrival at VIND2023.

You may choose to withdraw your consent to this processing of your personal data at any time by e-mailing info@svenskvindenergi.org.

List of Participants

By agreeing to have your personal data listed on a list of participants for VIND2023, or allowing someone else to do so on your behalf, you agree that the Swedish Wind Energy Association (769609–1250) may:

1. Create and send out a list of participants for VIND2023 to registered participants and organizations for networking purposes.
2. A list of participants includes name, position, and organization.

You may choose to withdraw your consent to the listing of your personal data on a list of participants at any time by e-mailing info@svenskvindenergi.org.
