Check Company Name and Link on Website
All exhibitors should ensure that the company name with link to the respective website listed on the exhibition webpage is correct. Please contact vind2024@eventum.se if you wish to make a correction.
Key Dates
Book Hotel Rooms at a Discount From 22 July
VIND2024 participants are offered to book hotel rooms at the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel at a reduced rate – subject to availability. Half of the 100 rooms will be released on 22 July, the remaining rooms on 22 August. Use this link when booking for a 10% discount on the standard price.
Opt out of Stand Walls by 19 September
All stand areas at VIND2024 must be equipped with stand walls. This is to ensure that the exhibition gives as uniform an impression as possible. Both partner and exhibitor packages include white stand walls of 3×1 metre at a value of SEK 3,850 excluding VAT. Would you rather have other walls in your stand and cancel the ones included? Please contact vind2024@eventum.se by 19 September.

Invoicing and Booking Terms and Conditions
What are the booking terms and conditions?
- The full terms and conditions for partner and exhibitor packages can be found in your booking confirmation.
When will I receive the invoice for my participation?
- Invoices for partner and exhibitor packages will be sent out on a rolling basis before the conference, depending on when you signed up for a package.
- Invoices for regular tickets will be sent out after the end of the conference.
Can I cancel my booking?
- Booking of partner and exhibitor packages, and tickets for VIND2024 is binding and cannot be cancelled.
- Resale of partner and exhibitor packages may only be made on a non-profit basis and with the written approval of Svensk Vindenergi Ekonomisk Förening (769609-1250).
- Resale of included tickets may only be made on a non-profit basis and with the written authorisation of Svensk Vindenergi Ekonomisk Förening (769609–1250).
- Resale of regular tickets may only be made on a non-profit basis and with the written authorisation of Svensk Vindenergi Ekonomisk Förening (769609–1250).
Exhibition and Stand Construction
When can I set up my stand?
- Stands can be set up from 10:00 until 16:00 on Tuesday 22 October.
When can I take down my stand?
- Stands can be taken down from 17:00 on Wednesday 23 October, however, we highly recommend that you make use of the time during the mingle and take down your stand after 20:00.
What is included in my stand?
- Your stand is equipped with white stand walls.
- Dimensions of stand walls:
- Back wall 3×2.5 metres
- Side wall 1×2.5 metres
Can I opt out of the stand walls that are included?
- Yes, you can use your own stand walls and cancel the ones included by 19 September. Contact vind2024@eventum.se. Please note that all stand areas at VIND2024 must be equipped with stand walls.
Can I get help with design and/or activations for my stand?

Can I get help with stand construction and dismantling?

Tickets
When will I receive my ticket?
- Tickets will be sent to the e-mail address or telephone number provided, the day before the conference opens.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
- Tickets may be transferred to other ticket holders than those indicated at the time of booking. Your booking confirmation contains a link to the booking page. There you can change the name of your ticket up to 3 weeks prior to the conference.
How many entrance tickets are included in my package?
- A partner package includes three conference tickets.
- An exhibitor package includes two conference tickets.
How many additional tickets can I buy?
- This year there is no maximum limit on ticket purchases per company.
How many tickets for the networking dinner can I buy?
- The maximum number of tickets for the networking dinner is 15 per company.
Other
Is there parking close to Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre?
- Yes, there is a car park adjacent to Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel which is next door to the conference centre.
When will the list of participants be sent to registered participants?
- The list of participants will be sent to all registered participants two to three weeks before the conference.
How is my personal data handled?
- The Swedish Wind Energy Association processes your personal data in accordance with current regulations when you, or a colleague on your behalf, register to participate in the events we organise. Read more about our personal data processing here.
