Prerequisites for the Wind Power Deal

Sweden offers attractive investment opportunities for both international and national players through its stable flow of low-cost renewable energy and opportunities with new technologies. At the same time, the Swedish wind power industry is facing several new challenges. Profitability is under pressure from lower energy prices, increased supply chain costs, a slow deployment rate and uncertainty about future demand.

In this session, we discuss whether the Swedish investment climate is facing changes due to these factors. What are other countries doing that Sweden can learn from? How can Sweden strengthen its position as an attractive investment country, and what other technologies or energy sources are being considered in addition to wind power?
