Invoicing and Booking Terms and Conditions
When will I receive the invoice for my participation?
- Invoices for regular tickets will be sent out after the conference.
Can I cancel my ticket?
- Bookings are binding and cannot be cancelled.
- Resale of regular tickets may only be made on a non-profit basis and with the written authorisation of Svensk Vindenergi Ekonomisk Förening (769609–1250).
Tickets
When will I receive my ticket?
- Tickets will be sent to the e-mail address or telephone number provided, the day before the conference opens.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
- Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. To change the name on your ticket, please go to the booking page via the link in the booking confirmation. Changes can be made up to three weeks before the conference.
How many regular tickets can I buy?
- There is no maximum number of tickets per company.
How many tickets for the networking dinner can I buy?
- Maximum 15 tickets per company for the networking dinner.
Exhibition
When will the exhibition open?
- The exact opening hours of the exhibition will be published when they are finalised. Stay tuned for updated information later on.
Seminar Programme
When does the seminar programme start?
- The programme will start in the afternoon of Monday 13 October and continue for a full day on 14 October. The exact times will be published in connection with the programme launch.
When will the programme be launched?
- The official programme will be launched in June 2025. Keep an eye on our website or subscribe to our news to make sure you don’t miss any updates.
Are there parallel programme events?
- Yes, the main programme is complemented by the VIND Talk stage with short presentations during the breaks.
Will the seminars be interpreted into English?
- Yes, simultaneous interpretation into English is available for international guests during the main programme. However, interpretation is not offered during the VIND Talk stage events.
Do I need to pre-book for specific seminars?
- No, you do not need to book a seat for individual programme sessions. Your conference ticket gives you access to the entire programme, subject to availability.
Accessibility and Adaptations
Is there a hearing loop in the space where the main programme is held?
- Yes, the auditorium where the main programme takes place (Auditorium A1 at the Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre) is equipped with a hearing loop to facilitate participants with hearing impairments.
Is the premises accessible to people with disabilities?
- Yes, both the conference venue and the hotel are accessible. If you need special support – please contact us well in advance of the conference.
Food and Drinks
Is food and drink included in the conference ticket?
- Yes, coffee, tea and meals during the conference are included in the participation fee.
Are special dietary requirements catered for?
- Yes, you can indicate any allergies or special dietary requirements when booking. Vegetarian food is served as standard during the conference.
Information and Updates
How do I get updates before the conference?
- Feel free to subscribe to our news or keep an eye on the website where we regularly publish updates.
Other
Which hotel do you recommend?
- We recommend the Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, which offers a reduced rate for conference visitors, subject to availability. Book via the link in your booking confirmation for a 10% discount.
Are there car parks nearby?
- Yes, there is a car park adjacent to Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel which is next door to the conference centre.
When will the list of participants be sent to registered participants?
- The list of participants will be sent to all registered participants two weeks before the conference.
How is my personal data processed?
- The Swedish Wind Energy Association processes your personal data in accordance with current regulations. Read more about how we handle personal data here.
