As an exhibitor at Green Power Sweden Summit 2025, your company will have a natural presence at the exhibition – among decision-makers, experts and actors from the entire value chain. It is an opportunity to network, showcase your solutions and be part of the most important meeting place of the year for the energy sector.
Book Your Spot From 27 May – Delayed to 12:00
The exhibitor booking opens on 27 May at 12:00 for Green Power Sweden’s member companies, who get one week’s priority and a member discount. Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the delayed opening time. For other companies, the booking opens 3 June at 10:00. The offer is limited and first come, first served.

Green Power Sweden Summit 2025 is a broader platform than before, where policy makers, experts and companies from areas such as wind, solar, energy storage and power technologies meet to discuss the path towards a robust, competitive and climate-smart energy system.
What Is Included in the Exhibitor Package?
Stand Space in the Exhibition
You will have access to a 3×2 meter booth in the exhibition – the heart of the conference. Stand walls (3×1 meters) are included. See stand map here.
Visibility on the Conference Website
As an exhibitor, your company will have its company name with link listed among the exhibitors on the event website from booking until the end of 2025.
Two Conference Tickets
Two (2) conference tickets worth approximately SEK 4,900 excl. VAT (member) or approximately SEK 7,300 excl. VAT (non-member) per ticket. Conference tickets give full access to seminars, exhibition and refreshments on both days (13-14 October).
Priority for Tickets to the Networking Dinner at Extra Cost
As an exhibitor, your company will have priority access to two (2) tickets for the networking dinner. These can be added as additional tickets at the time of booking at an extra cost of SEK 1,320 excl. VAT per ticket. Tickets include a three-course menu with drinks package (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
The dinner will take place on 13 October at the Waterfront Congress Centre at 19:00. A relaxed evening with industry colleagues from across the energy sector.

Stand Walls
Stand walls (3×1 meters) are included as standard at a cost of SEK 3,850 excluding VAT. Stand walls are a requirement to ensure the layout of the exhibitor hall.
If your company prefers to use its own walls that meet our dimensional and safety requirements, you can choose to remove the standard walls. Please email us as soon as possible after booking the package to adjust the price.
Stand Areas and Stand Map
Exhibitor package A applies to stand areas 5-50 and is subject to availability. Exhibitor package B applies to stand areas 1-4, which have limited visibility. See the stand map here.
Booking Terms and Conditions

- Please note: The Swedish Wind Energy Association’s board proposed that the association be expanded into a new industry organisation together with the Network for Solar Parks. The decision was taken on 14 May 2025. The name of the conference has thus been changed, without affecting the validity of the booking conditions. Read more in our press release here (in Swedish).
- It is only possible to book one (1) package deal per company.
- Booking of partner and exhibitor packages at the conference is binding and thus non-cancellable.
- Bookings can only be made via the website – we do not accept bookings by email.
