The partner booking opens on 13 May at 12:00 for Green Power Sweden:s member companies who get one week’s priority and a member discount. For other companies, the partner booking opens 20 May at 10:00. The offer is limited and first come first served.
News for 2025
VIND2025 is a broader platform than before, where policy makers, experts and companies from areas such as wind, solar, energy storage and power technologies meet to discuss the path towards a robust, competitive and climate-smart energy system.
The partner package now also includes three tickets to the networking dinner on 13 October – a unique opportunity to build relationships in a relaxed environment with leading players from across the energy sector.
What Is Included in the Partner Package?
Stand Space in the Best Position
You will have access to a 3×2 meter booth in the main exhibition hall (M1), next to the main stage – the hub of all activity during VIND2025. Stand walls (3×1 meters) are included. See stand map here.
Sponsorship and Continuous Visibility
As a partner, your company gets:
- Visibility in invitations and promotional mailings ( approx. 8 mailings to 5,000 recipients).
- Logo with link on the event website from booking until the end of 2025.
- Company name with a link will be listed among the exhibitors on the event website from booking until the end of 2025.
- Exposure in press releases and news publications about the conference.
- Log in visibly on site – in the entrance, exhibition, seminar hall and during breaks.
Three Conference Tickets
Three (3) conference tickets worth approximately SEK 4,900 excl. VAT (member price) or approximately SEK 7,300 excl. VAT (non-member price) per ticket are included. Conference tickets give full access to seminars, exhibition and refreshments on both days (13-14 October).
Invitation to an Exclusive Partner Luncheon
One of the included conference tickets includes one (1) invitation to the Partner Luncheon on 14 October – a smaller and targeted event where business, decision-makers and specially invited guests meet for in-depth conversations and networking. An opportunity to build relationships beyond the stage.
Three Tickets to the Networking Dinner
Three (3) tickets to the Network Dinner are included at a value of SEK 1,320 excluding VAT per ticket. Tickets include a three-course menu with beverage package (alcoholic or non-alcoholic).
The dinner will take place on 13 October at the Waterfront Congress Centre. A relaxed evening with industry colleagues from across the energy sector.

Stand Walls
Stand walls (3×1 meters) are included as standard at a cost of SEK 3,850 excluding VAT. Stand walls are a requirement to ensure the layout of the exhibitor hall.
If your company prefers to use its own walls that meet our dimensional and safety requirements, you can choose to remove the standard walls. Please email us as soon as possible after booking the package to adjust the price.
Stand Areas and Stand Map
Stand areas 9-41 (M1) offer the best visibility in the exhibition and are free to choose from. The offer is limited and first come, first served. See the stand map here.
Booking Terms and Conditions

- Please note: VIND2025 is organized by Green Power Sweden Ekonomisk Förening (769609-1250). The Swedish Wind Energy Association’s board proposed that the association be expanded into a new trade association together with the Network for Solar Parks. The decision was made on 14 May 2025. The name of the conference will therefore be changed, without affecting the validity of the booking conditions. Read more in our press release here (in Swedish).
- It is only possible to book one (1) package deal per company.
- Booking of partner and exhibitor packages at VIND2025 is binding and thus non-cancellable.
- Bookings can only be made via the website – we do not accept bookings by email.
